2008 October, Completed a 7000 square foot EarthCraft Certified home. The home encompasses many environmental features, including Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) construction, a solar hot water system and a graywater tank for showers, and a well for drinking water. With a value of $2.5 million, the project has been entered into the annual ICF Builder Award Competition.
